Please stop by and see the place! We are proud of new brewery and want to get to know our fellow beer drinkers! The brewery is open to the public on Saturday for tours. We will have 2 or 3 tours with variable times depending on events that day in Manhattan. Please call the brewery in advance to find out the schedule and get a reservation for a tour.
Each tour is followed by free samples of beers currently in production or other experimental brews we are working on. On these tours you will learn more about the history of beer in America, the brewing process, and our brewhouse. You will also have a chance to get cool Tallgrass gear and experience our freshest beer right at the brewery!
Of course, you can always stop the brewery during normal business hours during the week if you just want to buy some beer to stock your kegerator. Since we are always either brewing or out trying to get our beer to more beer drinkers, we ask that you call us at 785-537-1131 before you come over so that we can make sure a brewery employee with access to the storage cooler is there to help you.
