Velvet Rooster Belgian-Style Tripel Ale

Velvet Rooster is the first Belgian-style Tripel in a can. Smooth and carefully crafted like a fine velvet painting, this beer pours a golden straw color with a lofty pure white head. The taste is clean and crisp with a touch of spiciness, with subtle fruit notes and a touch of candy-like sweetness.

Food Pairings: For a Belgian-style Tripel, try it with a rich triple-cream cheese or fresh mascarpone, honey-glazed ham, bold foods like spicy Thai pad gapow (chicken basil) or Cajun jambalaya, or pasta with a pesto cream sauce. Tripel pairs well with basil.
